In August 2023, AB Avantage joined the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) for “EGX at North Coast”, EGX’s summer campaign that brings financial literacy to the public on Egypt’s North Coast.
Co-founders Bassel Riad and Ayman Elkasaby ran short awareness sessions on how technology is changing investing, with practical examples of AI in stock markets: forecasting market trends, reading investor sentiment and the basics of algorithmic trading.
Between sessions, we talked with visitors, students and young professionals about getting started in the capital market, and with the EGX team about bringing more hands-on content like this to future campaigns.
